Impacts of industrial discharges from FERTIAL on the water quality of Oued Seybouse (North East Algeria)
Journal ID : ALS-15-06-2022-5631; Total View : 299; Author : Samai Ibtissem, Amri Naziha, Anguel Ibtissem, Meghlaoui Zoubeida, Zentar Amina,
Abstract : Aquatic environments present very varied vulnerabilities depending on the uses and hydrodynamic conditions. The contribution of effluents to the aquatic environment can profoundly modify the physicochemical composition of the receiving environment. These modifications are strongly linked to the hydrological regime of rivers. In order to limit the load and the concentrations of contaminants in the receiving medium, several methods have been developed. It is in this context that the present study falls, which concerns industrial discharges (FERTIAL-Annaba) in a natural receiving environment (Oued Seybouse, North East Algeria). The results of the physico-chemical analyzes carried out concern the main components of the pollution (T°, pH, EC, BOD5, NO-3, NO-2, NH+4, MES, OD and Cl-), show that surface of Oued Seybouse have chlorinated chemical properties and basic sprout. The BOD5 which reflects the biodegradability of the organic matter existing in this wadi, it is mainly local in most of the points analyzed. The other results obtained present concentrations which exceed the national standards of discharge. So we see that the waters of Oued Seybouse are very polluted and this pollution has several origins such as: industrial, chemical and also agro-food.

A Study on Korea’s Agricultural comprehensive gift Tax
Journal ID : ALS-11-01-2022-5626; Total View : 725; Author : Shinnam Lee,
Abstract : As new agricultural gift tax cases rise due to Korea's rapidly changing economic environment, disputes between taxpayers and tax authorities continue. The introduction of the new agricultural agricultural comprehensive gift taxation system has generated substantial controversy over the calculation of the market prices and the taxation requirements in cases where gift taxes are levied without considering the transaction prices as market prices. Disputes regarding gift taxes are expected to continue in the future. Therefore, this study attempts to devise a plan to operate the agricultural comprehensive gift taxation system. To this end, it analyses taxation cases observed after implementing the new system and proposes various improvement measures. The study’s results suggest that it is necessary to boost taxpayers’ trust in the tax administration and minimize disputes by clarifying gift tax taxable components and gift property value calculations.
