A hybrid solution for the spatio-temporal comparison of plant formations in northeastern Algeria (Setifois)
Journal ID : ALS-18-01-2023-5674; Total View : 513; Author : Akram Kout, Amina Beldjazia, Khaled Missaoui,
Abstract : Daily Earth Data satellite helps researchers to understand the physical world and take action. Also, they are used to see change and make better decisions. Information technology, data analysis, natural resources, geospatial science, and ecological modeling informatics are used to explore and apply information science to the sustainable management of the natural ecosystem. In this case our study present one of the technical solutions to compare spatio-temporel distribution of plant formation. It consists to explore data satellite image according to the reflection spectrum of spectral bands to detect changes in different characteristics of the vegetation in Beni Slimane Forest (Setifois, North east of Algeria). In order to illustrate the aforementioned aspects, four differents vegetation formation discussing the use of data in remote sensing are demonstrated. This work contribute to the use of data from Landsat 8 satellite processing with ENVI 5.1 and also the geographical coordinate of different plots were taken in situ using global positioning system. It was found that the distribution of the number of pixels in an image according to their intensity differs from date to other. The results showed that spectrale reflectance present different aspects due to the type of soil occupation and the period of the year. Reflectance is very important in dense forest formation compared to other type, where a very weak reflectance was recorded in Holm oak. The spatiotemporal comparaison indicates that spectral reflectance is very important in mai compared to other months.

Study of married women's attitude towards retirement age
Journal ID : ALS-16-01-2023-5673; Total View : 370; Author : Natalia Kharadze, Mzia Tikishvili, Maia Giorgobiani, Nana Katsitadze, Dea Pirtskhalaishvili, Davit Dugladze,
Abstract : Women in Georgia have traditionally been perceived as the main driving force in raising children and doing household chores. The existence of Georgia under Russian influence contributed significantly to the strengthening of the mentioned stereotypes. The article discusses research related to women's attitudes toward retirement-age challenges. We presume that a woman in her retirement years devotes most of her leisure time to caring for her family. That is why comparing the characteristics of women with various marital statuses seemed interesting to us. The research was conducted in the leading universities of Georgia. 630 respondents were surveyed. In accordance with the purpose of our study, we selected female respondents (453). During the research, we formulated the following hypotheses: H1: Women's marital status plays a significant role in the fear of job loss; H2: Women's fear of losing their job at retirement age is affected by whether they have children. Along with this, the article discusses the factors that influence the attitude of women toward retirement age. The mentioned issues include the purchase of high-quality products, fear of maintaining health, travel, inability to help relatives, and psychological stress due to separation from the work environment. The SPSS statistical software package was used to process the obtained results. As a result, essential recommendations were developed to help female respondents face the retirement age with dignity.
